Privacy Notice

This notice describes the early-access website operated under the ListingScanAI name. It does not cover an unreleased app or future paid service.

What we collect

The application form collects your name, email, brokerage, city, state, market, approximate listing volume, device model, operating system, and contact consent. The contact form stores your email, topic, and message. We record submission time and consent version. Short-lived hashed network identifiers limit repeated submissions; network providers may also process connection information for security and delivery.

How information is used

We use submitted information to review pilot fit, record early-access interest, and review questions. The form does not authorize unrelated marketing. We do not ask for card details, private property records, or passwords. Louisiana and local Mississippi Gulf Coast pilot submissions are rejected without saving application details.

Storage and service providers

Forms are processed server-side and stored in a database on the website hosting infrastructure supplied by Cloudflare. Access to records is limited to authorized project administration. Free-text chat questions are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to select an approved answer. Do not include private or sensitive information in chat. Chat text is not saved in our application database. Routine support questions may also be processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to select an approved answer. Resend delivers replies and processes messages forwarded to the support automation. Sensitive or uncertain questions require human review. No visitor analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing trackers have been added.

Retention and choices

During early access, applications and questions are retained while reviewing pilot participation and providing related follow-up. We will review unused applications and remove them when no longer needed. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of contact consent through the support form using the email you submitted. We may need to verify a request before acting. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.
