Early-access website

ListingScanAI is in development. This website introduces the concept and collects applications and questions. It is not a released scanning application, an offer of a paid service, or a guarantee of a beta place.

Applications and availability

ListingScanAI’s intended market is nationwide across the United States. Only the initial pilot is geographically limited: 15 Dallas–Fort Worth agents and 10 Houston agents. Louisiana and the local Mississippi Gulf Coast are excluded. Invitations, supported devices, beta conditions, timing, and pricing require separate confirmation. Applying creates no payment obligation or subscription.

Product descriptions and concepts

Illustrations, floor plans, scan effects, and interactive previews are concepts. They are not actual app outputs or demonstrations of accuracy. Do not rely on these visuals for property measurements, listing representations, brokerage obligations, or professional decisions.

Appropriate use

Submit accurate information about your own interest. Do not upload confidential property or client information, impersonate someone, interfere with the website, or submit passwords or financial data.

Questions and privacy

Questions are stored for human review. The FAQ assistant provides limited informational responses and cannot resolve accounts or billing. See the Privacy Notice for information about submissions.

Before paid or beta access
